Virtuoso

Someone has finally approached me, too, to join the Virtuoso. I didn't think it would be that simple...but I'm not complaining. I've also received the current task for the faction members. Simply put, we're to evaluate the damage done to the city. However, someone had already finished it and, so far in my own survey, all of the observations in his report seems accurate.

There is little for me to again then, now. Maybe it's time I start on finding a job. It's definitely better than staring at and gossiping about that 'pirate' ship all day, as some of the residences seem to have taken to doing. I wonder if the library is in need of additional bookkeepers...though I'd appreciate it if anyone could tell me of job openings within the city.

And even more questions

A question for the Legion, seeing as you are the faction that appears to be implementing the law-- what are the current laws of the city?

And also--do any of you know how to make contact with the guildmasters?

Questions

I've not been here long myself but if those who have just arrived have any questions about the city, please feel free to ask.

So this is Soeldei. All stories need to come from something, I suppose, but I didn't think it would be this easy to find. Though I guess I shouldn't be so surprised now that I'm a

Wait a minute. Everyone can read this, can't they? I'm sorry. It's hard to think of this notebook as...something more than it appears be. Anyway, my name is Kurapika and I'm new here--quite obviously. I'll be glad to make anyone's acquaintance and if someone can teach me the library rules and regulations, I'd appreciate it. I heard the Virtuoso have unrestricted access to the library, but there must still be some form of rules, surely?
